Volunteer
Come to Guatemala. Work on Real Projects.
Join us on the ground at Lake Atitlán — supporting regeneration work across our farm and local community projects.
Limited places. Simple application process.
What This Actually Is
This is not a retreat.
And it’s not a course.
It’s a chance to step into real work.
You’ll split your time between:
- – our farm and eco-community
- – and local projects focused on restoring land and water systems
This is hands-on, practical, and grounded in what’s actually happening here.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the timing and projects, you may be involved in:
- planting and maintaining regenerative systems
- working with soil, compost, and water management
- supporting food production systems
- helping implement designs on local land projects
- contributing to ongoing watershed restoration efforts
The work changes — but it’s always real.
Who You’ll Be Working With
You’ll be working alongside:
- – our core team
- – trainees and designers in our programs
- – and others who are deeper into this work
This creates a unique environment where you’re not just helping — you’re exposed to how these systems are actually designed and implemented.
What You Get
In exchange for your contribution, you’ll receive:
- Accommodation in our eco-community
- Meals during the working week
- Access to a unique working environment
- Exposure to real regenerative systems
- A chance to be part of something meaningful
This is less about comfort — and more about experience.
What This Is Not
This is not for everyone.
It’s not a holiday. It’s not passive learning.
You’ll be working, contributing, and adapting to a real environment.
If you’re looking for something easy — this isn’t it.
If you’re looking for something real — it might be.
Want to Go Deeper?
Some people come here and realise they want to go further. If you’re interested in learning how to actually design and build these systems yourself — there’s a deeper pathway.
