At CreaSol, we believe the best way to learn permaculture is to live it.

Our internship program combines practical experience with cutting-edge education — giving you the skills, connections, and confidence to create regenerative projects anywhere in the world.

You’ll join the daily life of our eco-community, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain hands-on skills in real-world settings.

This is your chance to step beyond theory and step into a life rooted in purpose, learning, and growth.

What You'll Receive as an Intern

Morning Work Sessions: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (Plant propagation, nursery work, composting, animal systems, garden management, etc.)
Afternoon Learning: Access to our full CreaSol Online Permaculture Design Course (value $1,500+)
Accommodation: Stay in our community dormitory (with hot showers, co-working space, and high-speed internet).
Meals: Three healthy meals per day (Monday to Friday).
Weekly Trainings: Practical workshops and Q&A sessions to deepen your learning.
Community Integration: Join our eco-community life — saunas, work parties, farm-to-table events, and more.
Networking: Become part of the CreaSol regenerative ecosystem and global network of changemakers.

Who This Is For:

Passionate about nature, sustainability, and regenerative living
Excited to work outdoors, learn new skills, and collaborate with a community
Open-minded, positive, and willing to contribute
Able to commit to a minimum stay of 2 weeks (longer stays encouraged)

Your Contribution:

To help cover the cost of food, accommodation, and course access, the internship requires a contribution of:

💵 1,000 Quetzales per week (~$130 USD)

Includes food, lodging, course access, and full participation.

(Note: Meals not provided on Saturdays and Sundays — explore beautiful Lake Atitlán!)
