Step 2: Analyze the Land

  •   We’ll map your land using drone & LiDAR (if needed)
  •   Receive a personalized site analysis and walk-through to understand key patterns and opportunities

 

Step 3: Co-Create the Design

  •   Work directly with Neal and our design team
  •   Choose between concept sketches or a high-resolution, investment-ready master plan
  •   Optional add-ons include housing clusters, agroforestry systems, income strategies, and more

 

Step 4: Plan the Implementation

  •   Develop an installation roadmap to prioritize earthworks, planting, and infrastructure
  •   Learn how to apply for grants or attract investment using your design package
  •   We’ll even help you host a Permaculture Action Week: a gift-economy work party that trains your local team while getting real work done
